this is a nice quote

I'm sure I'm not alone in this, but I find a strange sense of comfort in being reminded of my own mortality. It makes me appreciate things more, push stronger, and play harder.

“The most solid advice for a writer is this, I think: Try to learn to breathe deeply, really to taste food when you eat, and when you sleep really to sleep. Try as much as possible to be wholly alive with all your might, and when you laugh, laugh like hell. And when you get angry, get good and angry. Try to be alive. You will be dead soon enough”
William Saroyan

oh give me a home, where the buffalo roam

I am feeling very inspired and excited about life laid out in front of me. My husband and I are using this year to really focus on our lives and get things together to move in the right direction. On my meanderings through the internet websites today I came across this quote which is perfect for this moment.

"Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover." -Mark Twain
